  • SD Card logs errors * time stamps them for easy troubleshooting
  • Ease of installation, only set up 3 settings: power, gain & uplink noise squelch (new feature)
  • High power efficiency
  • Aluminum enclosure dissipates heat
  • Small, lightweight easy to install by 1 person
  • Electrical Contractors love it (pull cable, power it up, etc)

ASSURANCE that it meets Local Listing Requirements

  • Platform: same product for each frequency model (whether 700, 800, UHF, or VHF, or 7800, all models look identical because they were designed as a platform)
  • NOT available from Wholesale Distribution. Only available to Life Safety Engineered System Integrators

BENIFITS To You

  • More Profit / Building & RMR (service, spares & recertification) in each building
  • High growth adjacency (35% - 40% CAGR) with the same staff & minimal incremental investment
  • Opportunity to Get Specified by AHJs & A&Es & Building Owners
  • Integrated System for full NFPA1221 compliance: UL Power Supply, UL BBU with smart battery tending, Remote Supervised Annunciator Panel
  • Lower ESD/EC/GC cost for fully-integrated NFPA-compliant system than if they assemble components themselves from multiple vendors (ignoring integration cost) = more Wins
  • LED indication of signal strength = easier service diagnostics
  • High Gain (extra 10dB - 20dB System Gain) so one BDA can serve an entire high rise
  • Lower power consumption = less heat to dissipate & longer electronic component life (Lower TCO)
  • Standardized portfolio = easier training, installation, troubleshooting, service, spares (some competition lack full portfolio) service agreement & annual inspections = RMR
  • Standardized Business Model: std. mfg. training (incl. RF Signal Strength Testing), test equip & tools, mfg. design, std. equipment across range, std. installation & FACP integration procedures
  • Smaller system = less room in 2-hour rated enclosure; one-person install
  • Doubles utilization of technicians = >2X profit potential/bldg. profitable growth in a tight labor market
  • Attractive high growth adjacency to Core Fire System Mkt = increased share of wallet of E/Cs, G/Cs
  • Becoming ERCES / BDA System SMEs improves Distributors’ relationships with AHJs
  • PROVIDING BROADER LIFE SAFETY SOLUTION TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS

There is no state-wide fire code. Most jurisdictions are on a recent edition of the IFC, but it’s all locally adopted. The only exception would be state-licensed facilities such as day care and nursing homes and with a requirement to follow NFPA 72. Any BDA requirements is left up to the local AHJ to require.
