The FireNET Series fire alarm control systems are powerful, flexible analog addressable fire alarm systems which may be configured for various scales and types of fire protection applications.  Due to its flexibility and complexity it is necessary for those responsible for installing, programming and maintaining these systems to become properly trained on the product, its components, and its proprietary programming software (Loop Explorer) in order to have the best chance for success.

We recommend FireNET training for all our dealers.  Within the FireNET training class we discuss all aspects of the system features, capabilities and recommended best practices for designing, installing, programming and servicing FireNET installations.  The class covers not only the hardware specifications and programming software but provides the chance for attendees to conduct actual hands-on programming examples as a means of providing real world experience prior to actual live site installation.  Dealers who attend our factory training classes are best equipped for success in that they learn the factory recommended methodologies for design, installation, programming and maintenance.

VES & Hochiki Suppression TRAINING WORKSHOPS

VES & Hochiki America has developed one of the most comprehensive and complete training programs in the industry. As either or both a Hochiki America Suppression Dealer or a VES Authorized Fire Detection Systems Dealer, you and your staff have access to this training program yourselves. Your installers and field technicians will benefit greatly from attending our comprehensive training workshops.

Our staff has designed training that meets the needs of your staff and, unlike other manufacturers we offer this training to you at little or no expense.

Technical Training

Technical training consists of a series of structured, hands-on software and hardware-related components at VES’ King of Prussia headquarters - 620 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Our Technical Training Workshop is designed to give your technicians and system designers an in-depth overview of how to design, layout, install, program and service the subject line of products. Those who successfully complete attendance at our King of Prussia headquarters are issued personalized, numbered certifications, essential for future technical assistance from the Hochiki America and VES Tech Support staff. Workshop hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm each day.
